UNIT FEATURES
WHAT ARE THE UNIT DIMENSIONS?

Unit interior sizing is approximately 14' x 58'.

Overhead door sizing is 12' x 14'.
DO THE UNITS HAVE POWER?
YES! Each unit is equipped with a regular 110 outlet plug. There are two overhead lights in each unit.
HOW DO YOU KEEP THE UNITS SECURE?
There are surveillance cameras on the property at all times. Each unit is also equipped with a state-of-the-art door opener. You'll enter your code on the keypad to get in. Safety and security are paramount to our business. Each unit is an individual space - there are no walk-through units, or entry points beyond the front garage door.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON WHAT I CAN HAVE IN MY UNIT?
You cannot use your unit as a place to work on your vehicles. Also, you may not have explosives, highly inflammable, corrosive, hazardous, or toxic materials, or any other materials which would cause damage or contamination to the unit.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payment options include ACH or check.
HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL AGREEMENT?
The rental agreements are month-to-month. They will auto-renew each month. In order to terminate your contract, we require 15 days notice.

IS THERE A REQUIRED DEPOSIT?
A $200 deposit is required with every rental agreement.
